Lechelle Goslin has been a Junior Geologist at Umvoto Africa since 2020. She holds a Master’s of Science in Geology from the University of Witwaterstrand, which was focused on remote sensing, structural geology, field mapping, geochemistry and geochronology. Her Master’s thesis was awarded the Geological Society of South Africa’s John Handley award and the Corstorphine Medal for the best Master’s thesis produced at a South African University. Since joining Umvoto, Lechelle has been involved in various projects such as the Cape Town Water Resilience Table Mountain Group Project. Lechelle has additionally assisted in coordinating some desktop groundwater feasibility studies in Saudi Arabia and South Africa. Projects like this have developed her skills in project management, desktop evaluations as well as geological and hydrogeological field tasks.
