Based in Cape Town, South Africa, The Umvoto Foundation (TUF) is a registered Section 18A non-profit company (NPC) that supports the development of community capacity as it relates to achieving clean and healthy ecosystems. We focus our energy on advocacy, outreach, and fostering an understanding of social responsibility in relation to the environment and water resources. We bring together knowledge and experience from local communities, scientists/engineers, other professionals and various organisations to foster mutual learning and co-create sustainable solutions for resilient and empowered communities.

VISSION

To support clean and healthy water system supports vibrant, safe, and resilient communities. To make sure our water sources and ecosystems are restored, respected, and actively cared for by present and future generations.
