Gavin Cairns

Gavin Cairns is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Auditor. Gavin currently serves is the Director of CK Audit, a company that offers accounting, tax, business advisory and forensic services. Additionally, he is an associate and Certifies Forensic Expert of both the South African and American chapters. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Technology in internal auditing, Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Accounting and Bachelor of Law degrees from various tertiary institutions. Gavin also has 13 years forensic experience in the public and private sectors. This has included being assigned as a team leader to consult on a dispute relating to a €115 million construction contract. Gavin has served as team member and leader on various international assignments undertaken on behalf of the European Union, where financial and control audits were performed in Botswana, Swaziland Zambia, Malawi and more.
