Rejoice Ngcongo is Director and Co-founder of Inspirational Development Group-South Africa (IDG-SA). She has been involved in various projects in consulting, design, facilitation and management. Rejoice’s main passion is human transformation and facilitating release of potential. She is passionate about facilitating resilience, emotional intelligence, innovative thinking and transformative behaviour in individuals, teams and organisations . Other than her work in IDG-SA, Rejoice has served as Teacher, Senior lecturer, Professor and Vice Dean in the Faculty of Education at the University of Zululand. She was also the founding Scholarships Manager at Mandela Rhodes Foundation as well as Human Resources Manager at Allan Gray Orbis Foundation. She holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Conflict Management as well as a Diploma in teaching.
